Directions to Martinsburg from airports in the Washington, DC and Baltimore, Maryland metro areas:

From Dulles International Airport

Follow the Dulles Toll Road West for approximately 14 miles to Route 7 West. Follow to Winchester and take the exit for Interstate 81 North. Berkeley County begins about 25 miles north of Winchester.

From Baltimore-Washington International Airport

Take 695 West towards Towson. Follow and exit onto Interstate 70 West. Follow I-70 past Frederick and Hagerstown to the exit for Interstate 81 South. Berkeley County begins about 10 miles south of Hagerstown.

From Reagan National Airport

Merge onto I-66West/US-50West and follow US-50 West/Arlington Blvd. for approx. 1 mile. Merge onto George Washington Memorial Pkwy North and exit onto Interstate 495 North/Capital Beltway toward Maryland. Merge onto the Interstate 270 Spur North [left exit] toward Rockville/Frederick. The Spur becomes I-270 North, which you’ll follow until Frederick. Merge onto Interstate 70 West towards Hagerstown and follow until the exit for Interstate 81 South. Berkeley County begins about 10 miles south of Hagerstown.

Martinsburg is served by Amtrak Train Service and the MARC Commuter Train Service at the Caperton Train Station. Fare information and schedule available on their websites.
