The Apollo Civic Theatre

The theatre, located at 128 East Martin Street, has been a Martinsburg cultural landmark since 1913. The famed architect Chappie Kent who designed the Knickerbocker Theater in Washington, DC also designed the Apollo. The Theatre produces six main-stage shows each year, as well as a summer youth production, and is host to other community events throughout the year – including the annual Haunted Theatre and Community Talent Extravaganza. The Arts Centre

The Arts Centre, located in the Old Federal Building at 300 West King Street in Martinsburg, is an educational resource in the community and a cultural gathering place. Art Berkeley

Art Berkeley was founded on the principle that all forms of Art deserve support and recognition. The group works to develop resources for artists of all disciplines, facilitate exhibitions and events, encourage Arts education, and promote cooperation among artists in the region. Their members represent a wide variety of Arts disciplines, including photography, water color painting, puppeteers, pottery, and decorative art.

Berkeley Arts Council

Working for the benefit of the overall Arts community, The Berkeley Arts Council builds communication and interaction among arts organizations and with community organizations. Their goals are to support, promote and advocate for the Arts community in Berkeley County.

Heritage Craft Center

The Heritage Craft Center, located at Crim de la Crim on North Queen Street in Martinsburg, works to preserve the craft skills from past generations and improve the economic and artistic potential of the community. This learning and marketing center offers instructional courses and displays the work of local artisans.
