Starting Point: I-81 Exit 12:
Traveling I-81 North: Take Exit 12 and turn left at the bottom of the ramp. You will then be on Route 45 West.
Traveling I-81 South: Take Exit 12 and turn right at the bottom of the ramp. You will then be on Route 45 West.
Once on Route 45 West, continue 14 miles, ending at WV/VA state line.
